Join us, as we spend time connecting to our breath and our bodies. We All have the innate capacity to heal ourselves. Breathwork is a deeply profound experienetial experience tht allows for us to release what is no longer serving us...emotionally, physically, mentally, and energetically. We tend to “hold on” to things in our bodies on all levels and most of the time we are unaware of how to move it or maybe even understand why we have this block, pain, or stuck-ness. When we engage deeply with the breath, we allow for us to move through the holding patterns into a deep releasing space.

During this 90-minute journey we will be engaging our breath consciously, through the mouth, in a circular pattern, allowing for our breath to deepen and our bodies to expand. To see an image of what this looks like, watch a baby breathe. They breathe from the belly, without pausing. When we breathe consciously we move energy on all levels. When we are “online” or “connected” we can experience nourishing the parts of us that energy might need to give more attention to like being more open to our heart and what emotions are blocked, or to our safety and connecting with the earth and the base of our spine. We want to open up our energy centers that we are made of at a deeper level so we can experience the world from a place of expansion.

What to expect: We will lead everyone through a guided mediation, opening up the energy centers of our bodies and then start the breath. We will be breathing for 45 minutes to a specific set of selected music used to enhance your experience. When we are done breathing you will have some silent time to ground yourself…journal, have a snack, drink water, etc. We also assist in helping with moving energy, by helping you ground or stay in the body. Or if we can sense you are stuck and it could be helpful. You also have the option of no assistance.
What to bring:
Please dress comfortably.
Bring your yoga mat and a pillow and blanket- whatever you need to feel comfortable. If you have an eye mask bring it. If you don’t we have extras.
Water bottle and a littlesnack.
